About the job you’re considering
We are seeking a React Native Tech Lead to spearhead the development of high-quality, scalable mobile applications for iOS and Android. This role combines hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities, ensuring technical excellence and guiding a distributed development team.
Your role
• Lead and mentor a team of React Native developers (onshore/offshore).
• Define coding standards, enforce best practices, and conduct code reviews.
• Design and maintain mobile architecture for cross-platform apps.
• Develop reusable components and ensure seamless integration with native modules.
• Build and optimize mobile applications using React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Manage performance tuning and native integrations (iOS/Android).
• Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend teams.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for mobile deployments.
• Ensure security, maintainability, and scalability of mobile solutions.
Your skills and experience
• Core Technologies: React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux.
• Native Modules: iOS (Swift/Objective-C), Android (Java/Kotlin).
• Architecture: Mobile app architecture, component design, performance optimization.
• Tools: CI/CD (Fastlane, App Center), Git, Agile methodologies.
• 8 years in mobile development, with 3 years in React Native.
• Proven experience leading teams and delivering enterprise-grade mobile apps.
• Strong understanding of mobile security and performance best practices.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (Jest, Detox).
• Familiarity with app store deployment processes.
