Our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit provides specialized, interdisciplinary care for patients recovering from complex medical, surgical, and neurological conditions. We are seeking a motivated self driven Manager of Nursing & Patient Care to help lead our team in advancing clinical excellence, patient outcomes, and staff development.

    Position Summary

    TheManager of Nursing & Patient Care is responsible for operational and clinical leadership within the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit consisting of 15 FTE's (RN, LPN and CNA). This role provides oversight of nursing services, ensures high-quality and safe patient care, supports interdisciplinary collaboration, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. This leader plays a key role in achieving departmental goals, regulatory compliance, and maintaining service excellence aligned with our non-profit mission.

     

    + Education: Bachelors' of Nursing Degree

    + Experience: 7 years' relevant experience

    + Previous leadership and IRU experience strongly preferred

    + CRRN certified preferred (will be required to obtain within two years of hire)

    + Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
