    Overview

    What You Can Expect:

    + Night shift schedule: 7:00 pm – 7:00 am, self-scheduling, ~2 shifts per week (variable).

    + Differentials: $3.45/hour for night shifts, plus $1.45/hour for weekend shifts.

    + Small, collaborative team on a 14-bed inpatient rehab unit.

    + Typical patient assignment: 5–6 patients per LPN under the guidance of a charge RN.

    + Rehab-focused care: minimal IVs, no push meds—a perfect setting for LPNs.

    + Educator support with a tailored orientation and training plan to set you up for success.

    + New graduates welcome—this role offers the chance to grow your clinical skills and build strong patient relationships in an inpatient setting.

    Patient Population:

    Primarily **swing bed/rehab patients** , with some inpatient and observation patients.

    Qualifications:

    + Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.

    + Current LPN license in the State of Idaho.

    + Current BLS (CPR) certification.
