    Key Responsibilities:

    + Leading the development and shaping of a customer engagement strategy across emerging channels and delivering growth across a diverse portfolio of Immunology products exceeding projections.

    + Garner customer insights and identify market trends to influence both brand strategies and contracting and access fulfillment strategies in the emerging channels.

    + Developing strong customer relationships; and partnering with key customers to co-create compliant value solutions to optimize patient care. (Customers include Supergroups, Infusion Management Companies, Free Standing Infusion Centers and Infusion Service Providers)

    + Understand the immunology marketplace while identifying and developing (shape) new business opportunities that are aligned with current brand strategies

    + Analyzing and applying internal/external market data to assess business opportunities and priorities, including relevant national and regional impacts which could influence portfolio growth and customer engagement

    + Leverage customer insights to develop effective business plans driving short and long-term strategies with actionable plans and deliverables aligned to organizational priorities

    + Gaining deep understanding of customer objectives, challenges and market forces and then translating the insights into developing strategic plans to optimize customer engagement and account outcomes

    + Lead cross functional teams gaining clear alignment to the overall strategy to meet the needs of the customer building strong customer engagement and impacting business results.

    + Collaborate with and influence a wide range of cross-disciplinary business partners, including but not limited to infusion provider consultants, decision makers, business owners, C-level executives, directors, and managers in existing accounts and in new or emerging customers and channels.

    + The KAM-MD will be an innovator for our business and develop new concepts, programs, and opportunities for patient access to our entire portfolio while enhancing existing market assets through innovative collaborations with both new and existing customers and account channels.

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    + A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required, MBA, or advanced degree is preferred

    Required:

    + A minimum of 5 years of direct selling, account management and/or marketing experience to healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or healthcare industries with experience in large account management, business development or related expertise

    + Possess an in-depth knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry including an understanding of key stakeholders and delivery of care models

    + Experience in and comprehensive understanding of the commercial payer and public payer reimbursement methodologies for specialty biologics

    + Understanding of various marketplace business models relating to specialty biologics and understanding of the buy-and-bill model

    Preferred:

    + At least two (2) years of management or people leadership experience with demonstrated success in leading and/or developing a productive sales or account team

    + Understanding of payer benefit designs including pharmacy and medical benefits, co-payments, co-insurance, etc.

    + Diverse work experience and cross functional experience with internal processes (marketing, training, analytics, SCG etc.)

    + Leading collaboration across cross-functional teams

    + Ability to garner followership and lead without authority

    + Track record of strong leadership and people development

    + Demonstrates strategic and critical thinking

    + Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills required

    + Navigate complex accounts and build valuable relationships with diverse stakeholders

    + Impact business and partnerships in highly competitive environment

    + Able to tackle complex business and partnership issues

    + Ability to analyze highly complex, quantitative, and qualitative data

    + Ambitious, and possess a high degree of intellectual curiosity

    + Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/projects

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

    $130,000-$224,250

    Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

    Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
