    We are searching for the best talent for an Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC) Senior Manager Project Systems & Reporting!

     

    This hybrid position will be located at an IMSC hub location such as Titusville, New Jersey (USA); Horsham, Pennsylvania (USA); Zug, Switzerland; Schaffhausen, Switzerland; Cork, Ireland; Latina, Italy; Leiden, Netherlands; or Beerse, Belgium.

    The Senior Manager IMSC Project Systems & Reporting is responsible for providing the leadership, guidance, and oversight for the tools and reporting for the global IMSC Portfolio, Programs, and Projects Capability. This includes responsibility for establishing the systems, reporting and analytics strategy in alignment with partners, and delivering accurate reporting to drive visibility and strong analysis to support decisions.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Process Ownership & Integration

    + Lead process and lifecycle ownership to deploy, document and maintain systems and reporting and ensure that designs are lean and effective across IMSC and are strategically integrated with strategy and execution.

    + Own the execution of a technical strategic roadmap and system management, including reporting, application support and collaborate with IT/JJSC.

    + Partner with the process integration requirements to deliver one end to end process including tools & performance reporting.

    + Represent IMSC needs on cross enterprise systems teams and lead IMSC vendor management for Project tools (Quickbase, Planisware, MS Project+, etc.)

    + Deliver system expertise needed to deliver business objectives.

    System Ownership

    + Ensure day-to-day system support to the portfolio, program & project management community and apply innovative solutions to optimize current systems and reporting.

    + Develop and deliver the Strategic Roadmap for the Portfolio, Program & Project Systems & Reporting Tools.

    + Identify the need for and lead the execution of new system or system enhancements collaborating to ensure alignment with the overall business strategy.

    + Identify and prioritize delivery of all system update/upgrade requests and employ robust change control practices including documentation of business requirements and justifications.

    + Ensure that the training strategy integrates System needs supports a global and diverse user base of portfolio processes and tools. Effective leadership and delivery of tools & system training.

    Reporting

    + Partner with internal team members and business partners to provide analytics with data integrity.

    + Create and deliver standard dashboards to drive the appropriate organization behaviors to increase portfolio value and achievement of strategies.

    + Deliver requirements and identify efficiencies to the IMSC business processes and deployment.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    EDUCATION:

    + Minimum of a Bachelor's/University or equivalent degree is required; focused degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or IT

    EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

    Required:

    + Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience

    + Deep experience in leading systems enhancement and reporting development, supply chain operations, finance, and/or portfolio or project management

    + Proven ability to translate process functionalities into systems requirements

    + Demonstrated experience with implementation and functional ownership of supporting systems

    + Demonstrated stakeholder / change management skills

    + Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills; strong leadership skills including the ability to influence without authority, collaborate across boundaries, negotiate solutions, build a case for change and enroll teams in support of the strategic vision

    + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity

    + Strong communication to create clear and concise messagingto leadership and the ability to work well in teams, cross-functionally, and with all levels of the global organization, as well as both internally and externally

    Preferred:

    + Knowledge / deep understanding of Portfolio & Project Management related systems and tools,including system/application design, implementation, and management

    + Experience with portfolio/project management software or equivalent (e.g., Instantis, Clarity, P5, MS Project, Primavera, Quickbase, Planisware, etc.)

    + Strong systems and KPI competencies and deep understanding of Project Portfolio and Execution related systems and tools

    + Strong ability to synthesize large quantities of finance, process and technical information and present cogent recommendations

    OTHER:

    + Requires proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively and professionally

    + Requires up to 15% domestic and/or international travel

    + Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

    $122,000 USD to $212,750 USD

    Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

    Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
