As a **Principal PKI & MMS Administrator** , you'll play a critical role in supporting Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Mobile Management System (MMS) operations for a large government enterprise contract, serving the customer. This is a unique opportunity to work on mission-critical identity and mobile device management initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure secure access and mobility in regulated environments.
As a senior PKI & MMS administrator, you'll be responsible for providing ongoing PKI token support to existing users, issuing certificates and tokens to new personnel, and assisting in the development and drafting of PKI policies and procedures. You'll integrate PKI with MMS for mobile device enrollment, configuration profiles, and secure token deployment, ensuring end-to-end protection for government-issued devices. Your expertise will help drive seamless integration, compliance, and secure identity and mobile device management.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, including the development of PKI/MMS solutions that support mission-critical initiatives. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal regulations and ITIL practices, monitor PKI and MMS infrastructure for anomalies, and generate reports on credential usage and device compliance. Required Education, Experience, & Skills

+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
+ 10 years of experience in PKI and MMS administration, with hands-on expertise supporting certificate/token issuance, user support, mobile device management, and policy development in government or large enterprise environments
+ Proven track record managing PKI systems (e.g., Microsoft CA, Entrust) and MMS platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, AirWatch) for secure credential and device lifecycle in regulated settings
+ Active DoD Secret Clearance (must be current and transferable)
+ Strong knowledge of federal PKI/MMS standards (e.g., NIST 800-57, FISMA, NIST 800-124) and ITIL practices for service security and configuration management
+ Proficiency in PKI/MMS tools (e.g., OpenSSL, Keytool for PKI; MDM consoles for MMS) and identity/mobile management platforms
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for user support and policy collaboration

+ Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certification
+ CompTIA Security certification
+ Experience supporting DoD or large federal PKI/MMS deployments, including token management (e.g., CAC/PIV) and mobile device compliance in multi-domain environments
+ ITIL 4 Foundation or higher certification, with focus on service asset and configuration management
+ Background in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for PKI/MMS automation and auditing
+ Master's degree in a relevant field or additional certifications (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional - CISSP)
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $94728 - $161038
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
