    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Business Project Manager to support a leading financial services organization in Jersey City. This role is central to the Engineering division, where you will oversee vendor relationships, and track projects across multiple workstreams. You will be responsible for guiding the budget process from planning through execution, assisting with forecasting and financial reporting, and preparing clear, high‑impact presentations for senior leadership. Success in this role requires strong follow‑up, attention to detail, and the ability to chase action items to completion while keeping stakeholders aligned.

     

    We are looking for a proactive self‑starter who takes initiative with minimal oversight, communicates confidently with executives, and brings solid project management skills to ensure deadlines are met and priorities are managed effectively. By combining financial acumen, vendor oversight, and workflow tracking, you will play a key role in alleviating the workload of senior management and driving operational efficiency across the division.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -10 years of experience as a Project or Program Manager

     

    -Proven ability to manage OpEx budgets, including planning, forecasting, execution, and reporting

     

    -Strong vendor relationship management skills, with experience in contract oversight, performance tracking, and administrative navigation

     

    -Hands-on experience with Anaplan or similar SaaS-based financial planning tools

     

    -Ability to create and deliver high-level summary presentations for senior leadership using PowerPoint

     

    -A self-starter who is proactive, takes initiative independently, and thrives with minimal oversight

     

    -Solid foundation in project management practices, including timeline management, stakeholder coordination, and deliverable tracking
