Job Description
A partner of Insight Global is looking to add a Process Engineering Technician to their team. The Process Engineering Technician is responsible for real-time monitoring of solar cell manufacturing processes to ensure stability, yield, and quality. Working 12-hour shifts, this role serves as the first line of technical support for process-related issues on the production floor. The technician will assist engineers in identifying trends, investigating abnormalities, and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain high product quality.

Skills and Requirements
• Associate degree or technical diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering Technology; or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably in semiconductor, solar, or similar industry.
• Working knowledge of process control concepts, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to interpret basic process flow diagrams, standard operating conditions, and inspection criteria.
• Comfortable working in cleanroom environments and on 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, and communication skills. • Familiarity with SPC tools, MES, or yield monitoring dashboards is preferred.
