An employer in the Irvine area is seeking an AI Business Solutions Analyst. This is a fully remote position, with the expectation to come onsite to Irvine once per quarter. Candidates can live anywhere in California, as long as they are comfortable traveling to Orange County quarterly.

The Analyst will join the Technology and Innovation team, which focuses on developing AI agents to augment the organization’s products. Responsibilities include: assisting with data mapping and design, helping define project deliverables, tracking progress through user cases and user stories, and building models to implement MS Copilot. Experience working with Microsoft's AI products is needed, specifically AI Foundry. The goal of the project is to allow clinicians within the organization to spend less time with documentation, further allowing them to spend more time with patients on a daily basis.

Skills and Requirements

Experience working as an AI Business Solutions Analyst or related role in a healthcare environment

Experience defining deliverables and tracking progress using user cases and user stories.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft’s AI products, particularly Azure AI Foundry

Experience organizing data for AI driven projects

Strong requirements gathering skills

Strong communication - the Analyst will be working with stakeholders and developers on a daily basis
