Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to support one of our Pharmaceutical clients in Chestnut Ridge, NY. This role focuses on equipment uptime, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of utilities and process equipment—including tablet presses, granulation systems, and HVAC systems supporting cleanroom operations. The main responsibility is to ensure reliable operation of production and facility systems.
• Perform and lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair tablet presses, granulators, blenders, dryers, coating machines, and related systems.
• Maintain utilities: HVAC, compressed air, purified water, steam, chilled water, vacuum systems.
• Ensure GMP compliance through calibration and documentation.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality to minimize downtime.

Skills and Requirements
• 5–8 years in maintenance or engineering within pharmaceutical, biotech, or GMP manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with tablet compression, granulation, and/or packaging equipment
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and HVAC systems
• Familiarity with cGMP standards and maintenance documentation • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• Knowledge of PLCs and control systems troubleshooting
