As a **Junior Process Analyst (Shared Services)** , you'll beresponsible for assisting senior analysts in analyzing and improving IT shared services processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness within an enterprise environment. This role supports the documentation of current workflows, the identification of inefficiencies, and the implementation of streamlined solutions by collaborating with various stakeholders and collecting and analyzing data. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and be eager to learn and apply process improvement methodologies.
Duties:
+ Assist in analyzing existing business processes and documenting current state workflows and procedures.
+ Help gather and analyze data to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
+ Support the creation of process maps and documentation.
+ Collaborate with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support the design of new or improved processes.
+ Aid in the implementation of process changes and new systems, ensuring they align with business needs.
+ Help develop performance metrics and monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes.
+ Assist in preparing reports and presentations on process performance and improvement initiatives for stakeholders.
+ Provide support to users and stakeholders during process changes and ensure new processes are understood and followed.
+ Learn and apply process improvement methodologies and industry best practices to support the team's work.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by the management team to support the Shared Services function

The successful candidate must be located within 50 miles of Vicksburg, MS.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Database Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
+ 2 years of experience in shared services for ITSM platforms in large-scale enterprise environments
+ Proven knowledge of related disciplines such as server OS, networking, and cloud integration for hybrid setups
+ Active DoD Secret Clearance (must be current and transferable)
+ Excellent analytical skills for root cause analysis and optimization in high-stakes, regulated settings
+ U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract obligations
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Experience supporting DoD or large federal customers, including database security hardening and ITSM integrations with enterprise systems
+ ITIL 4 Managing Professional (MP) certification or higher, with focus on service design and transition
+ Background in automation scripting (e.g., PowerShell, SQL scripts) for patch management and monitoring alerts
+ ITIL Found V4 certification
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $63662 - $108225
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
