As a **CSDM Architect** ,you'll exhibit an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness. Applies and/or develops highly advanced concepts, techniques and standards. Viewed as expert in the field. Often acts independently to uncover and resolve issues associated with long-range goals and objectives. Assignments are often self-initiated.
By joining our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with a talented team, and make a significant impact on the customer's operations.We are looking for a pivotal leader in defining and managing the organization's enterprise-wide data model within the IT Service Management (ITSM) framework, often leveraging platforms like ServiceNow . This senior-level position is crucial for ensuring that the configuration management database (CMDB) and related IT systems accurately reflect the IT environment, align with business objectives, and support efficient service management processes like incident, problem, and change management. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing the overall architecture, establishing governance standards, and providing technical leadership to ensure data integrity, compliance, and strategic alignment across all business units. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise in data modeling and enterprise architecture, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive major IT transformation initiatives. The Senior CSDM Architect ultimately ensures the effective utilization of IT assets, reduces operational expenses, and provides a clear, reliable blueprint of the IT landscape to enable informed decision-making and improve operational performance.

The successful candidate must be located within 50 miles of Vicksburg, MS.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
+ Certified ServiceNow application developer, or Certified ServiceNow Technical Architect (CTA)
+ 10 years of experience in datacenter operations management, with demonstrated expertise in both routine maintenance and emergency response environments
+ Proven track record leading EOC or crisis datacenter setups and de-activations in government or high-stakes settings
+ Active DoD Secret Clearance (must be current and transferable)
+ Strong knowledge of federal IT and emergency management standards (e.g., NIST 800-53, NIMS) and ITIL practices for service operations
+ Proficiency in datacenter management tools (e.g., DCIM software, monitoring platforms) and emergency infrastructure deployment
+ Excellent leadership and crisis management skills, with the ability to coordinate under pressure in 24/7 scenarios
+ Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness

+ ITIL 4 Foundation certification
+ Cisco Certified Specialist - Data Center Operations certification
+ Experience supporting DoD or large federal datacenters and EOCs, including mobile/tactical deployments and hybrid cloud integrations
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
+ Background in Lean Six Sigma for process optimization in datacenter and emergency contexts
+ Master's degree in a relevant field or additional certifications (e.g., CISSP for secure operations)
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $120000 - $204000
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
