    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose and debug customer issues involving Power Platform and Graph connectors, focusing on integration and authentication scenarios.

    • Collaborate with engineering and support teams to triage customer incidents, identify root causes, and propose mitigations or workarounds.

    • Analyze logs and telemetry (e.g., from Azure Monitor, Kusto, or Application Insights) to identify systemic or recurring connector issues.

    • Reproduce customer environments and integration setups to validate bugs and test potential fixes.

    • Support authentication and SSO configurations, including OAuth 2.0 and SAML flows.

    • Validate connector behavior with third-party SaaS providers such as Workday, ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, and others.

    • Engage in customer support calls to provide technical expertise and clear communication on issue status and resolution steps.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, support engineers, and developers to drive improvements in connector reliability and diagnostics.

    • Contribute to tooling or documentation that improves troubleshooting efficiency and reduces future incident load.

    • Identify and drive performance, scalability, and reliability improvements across the ESS platform.

     

    Establish engineering best practices, including CI/CD, telemetry, and quality assurance.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.

    • 10+ years experience.

    • Experience performing in-depth troubleshooting and unit testing with both new and legacy production systems.

    • Experience in programming and experience with problem diagnosis and resolution.

    • Experience supporting or debugging Microsoft Power Platform connectors or Microsoft Graph connectors.

    • Solid understanding of Entra ID (Azure AD) authentication and SSO configuration, including OAuth 2.0 and SAML.

    • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, or SAP SuccessFactors.

    • Experience triaging incidents, reading logs, and reproducing customer issues in complex enterprise environments.

    • Strong technical communication skills; ability to summarize technical findings for non-engineering audiences.

    • Comfortable collaborating across global, cross-disciplinary teams (Engineering, PM, and Support).

    • Experience integrating non-Entra ID identity providers (e.g., Okta, Auth0, Ping, or ADFS) with Microsoft 365 or Power Platform services.

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or Power Apps.

     

    Understanding of enterprise security principles. • Power Platform, Graph APIs, or similar integration frameworks and understand how enterprise systems like Workday, ServiceNow, or SAP SuccessFactors connect to Microsoft 365 services.

     

    • Practical knowledge of Entra ID authentication, SSO, and Oauth/SAML configurations
