Job Description

You will be joining the integration team at a large financial company as a Senior Data Business Systems Analyst within the CTS (SSMT) organization, driving the critical migration of data from legacy Salesforce instances to the new Financial Services Cloud (FSC) platform. In this fast-paced, agile environment, you’ll partner closely with business stakeholders, integration product owners, and technical architects to translate complex requirements into scalable, reusable solutions that deliver measurable business value. Your role will involve creating detailed design documents from data models and Confluence resources, performing data profiling to validate accuracy in the Salesforce environment, leading cross-domain process design, breaking down strategic visions into deployable user stories, and serving as the key liaison between business and technology teams. You’ll also contribute to quarterly planning, champion process standardization, guide Agile practices, manage backlog prioritization, and facilitate risk and dependency coordination to ensure seamless project delivery. This position will start fully remote with alignment to offices in Austin, Westlake, Denver, or Phoenix; occasional campus commutes may be required in the future.

Pay Rate: $60 - $65/hr

Skills and Requirements

10+ years in business systems analysis

5+ years in business or solution architecture

6–10 years working with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and ETL

Bachelor’s in CS, IS, Engineering, or related (or equivalent experience)

Familiar with Salesforce data and SOQL queries

Strong SQL skills + hands-on Oracle experience (PL/SQL a plus)

Skilled in relational databases, data dictionaries, JIRA, and Confluence

Experience using integration tools like Informatica, SSIS, or Talend

Track record of delivering mid-to-large integration projects

Deep experience in Agile technical integration teams

Passionate about data integration and able to explain trade-offs Prior experience in the financial industry or brokerage

Salesforce Administrator Certification
