Salesforce Administrator
A client of Insight Global in the security systems space is seeking a talented Salesforce Admin. The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing their Salesforce platform to support our sales’, service, installation, and customer support teams. This role will ensure the data integrity and system functionality are maintained while identifying opportunities for process improvements to drive business success.
Duties & Responsibilities
System Management and Maintenance: Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform (and integrations), ensuring system efficiency and data integrity; manage user accounts, including setting up new users, roles, profiles, and permissions; monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
Data Management: Perform regular data audits and maintenance to ensure data accuracy and completeness; oversee data import/export processes and manage data migration activities.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement system enhancements and process automations to improve user experience and business operations; collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to Salesforce users to enhance their understanding and use of the platform; effectively communicate changes and best practices; develop and maintain user documentation and training materials.
Reporting and Analytics: Create and manage customer reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into business performance; work with management to develop strategic reporting and metrics.
Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures; manage data security and access controls in collaboration with IT as needed; stay informed about Salesforce updates and best practices to maintain a secure and efficient system.
The compensation for this role starts at $75k and increases based on experience.

Skills and Requirements
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Experience with Field Service Lightning (Salesforce Field Service)
Minimum of 5 years SF Admin experience
Excellent problem solving skills and "outside of the box" thinking
High attention to detail
Very comfortable with flows and third party app integrations Salesforce Consultant (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and Salesforce Architect Certifications
