Job Description
The Sales Director maintains and expands relationships with channel partners in assigned territory or market. The Sales Director is accountable for delivering measurable results that achieve or exceeds revenue targets established by the business. The Sales Director reports to the Vice President of Sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners in the territory to drive sales and engagement.
• Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand company reach and facilitate new revenue opportunities.
• Educate channel partners on company products and solutions, assisting as needed with pricing and order submission.
• Leads solution development efforts to best address end user needs, including coordinating involvement of appropriate company and partner stakeholders.
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
• Must be able to work well with cross functional teams and other key functions to include Partner Support, Pricing, and Operations to ensure new customer opportunities and orders are processed and completed on schedule.
• Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
• Participating in industry events and networking opportunities to promote and grow the BCN brand.
• Assist with partner escalations including but not limited to quoting, service delivery, service assurance, and commission related items as needed.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor Degree
5+ years of telecommunications experience- in the channel specifically the market - focused on developing SE- GA,SC, TN
Experience working for past or present competitors-
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
