Job Description
Insight Global is seeking to hire a Sale Coordinator for on of their clients in the manufacturing industry. The Sales Coordinator will serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders and quotes. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is an onsite role in Fairburn, GA. Responsibilities include:
• Receive and process purchase orders and quote requests via fax, email, portal, or phone.
• Check inventory to confirm product availability prior to order confirmation.
• Respond to RFQs (Request for Quotes) within 24 hours and follow up on sent quotes within 4 hours.
• Prepare work orders or job tickets using E2 software.
• Proactively track customer orders and communicate any changes before the end of the day.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and notify relevant departments of ship dates and special requirements.
• Review all orders for accuracy and completeness before processing.
• Verify customer information for accuracy and update records as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order status updates professionally.
• File copies of all received and completed orders for record-keeping.

Skills and Requirements
• High school diploma required; college coursework in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales support, order processing, or customer service.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. • Experience with E2 software or similar ERP systems.
• Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
