    The eCommerce Product Owner steers the digital commerce vision, transforming the company’s online customer journey and competitive presence. This individual partners closely with assorted business units to craft, refine, and execute a robust eCommerce strategy—uniting technical insight with business acumen to deliver exceptional digital touchpoints.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -Requires a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Product Management, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related discipline

     

    -A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be substituted for education.

     

    -Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Experience working in a Windows environment. eCommerce Platforms: Proficiency with B2B eCommerce platforms and tools. Data Analytics: Proficient with data analytics software and tools for analyzing customer behavior and platform performance (e.g., Google Analytics). Project Management Software: Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana, especially for agile project management. ERP, CRM, and PIM Systems: Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and product information management (PIM) systems and their integration with eCommerce platforms.
