    Role Overview

    **Sodexo** is hiring a **Sr.** **Human Resources Generalist** in **Cincinnati, OH** **.** The Sr HR Generalist will support recruitment, training, onboarding, and employee relations functions for the food services and environmental services departments (600+ employees) at **UC** **Health Hospitals.** This position will be **on-site** at the main medical campus in Cincinnati reporting to the on-site HR Manager.

    What You'll Do

    + provide HR support for 600+ employees (frontline and management) at multiple locations

    + oversee compliance and training for environmental services and food service departments

    + employee relations and engagement

    + recruitment, onboarding, orientations, and other HR related tasks
