    Organizationally, this role is part of the Global Parts Pricing organization rolling up through the Enterprise Strategy Division. This role is responsible for working with Product and Commercial teams to develop and maintain pricing strategies for Ground Engaging Tools (GET). Incumbent will utilize Analytical, Strategic, and Communication skills to ensure Pricing strategies are well understood with aligned understanding of definition of winning. Work is both project and tactical with varying levels of organizational exposure up to the Vice President.

    What You Will Do:

    + Responsible for worldwide parts pricing strategies of Ground Engaging Tools (GET) .

    + Partners with product, financial, and industry teams to guide the execution of dynamic and differentiated pricing strategies that align with product and enterprise goals for revenue and profitability, with a high level of direct involvement with senior leaders.

    + Executes strategic and tactical price action within a robust pricing governance framework.

    + **Data Gathering & Analysis:** Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.

    + **Decision Making & Critical Thinking:** Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

    + **Effective Communications:** Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

    What Will Set You Apart:

    + 6-8 years of experience in pricing, or roles supporting aftermarket department

    + PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Excel proficiency

    + Working knowledge SQL

    + Knowledge of Caterpillar products and/or relevant business systems

    **Additional Information** :

    + Primary location for this position is Peoria, IL; Role requires 5 days a week in office

    + Domestic relocation is available for those who qualify

    + Sponsorship/ISE is **not** available

    + Required Travel: Typically, less than 10%

    Summary Pay Range:

    $110,520.00 - $165,840.00
