Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.
This position is responsible for providing leadership, direction and resources to effectively manage the building and warehouse team. Oversee daily operations, scheduling, managing direct reports, budgets, and the building facilities.
Essential Functions:
+ Maintain daily building facilities
+ Maintain all office and warehouse supplies/expendables for the facility teams.
+ Direct back up/proxy for the EPC Manager in times of absence, make decisions related to daily operation need, lead meetings, and provide accountability expectations.
+ Maintain invoices and track monthly spending
+ Support New asset management tracking system
+ Create, maintain and update Purge report on Wrike for EPC
+ One of multiple Responsible Individuals (RI) for facility operational oversight
+ Ensure there is always an RI in the facility when TMs are present.
+ Complete Monthly Housekeeping, and other safety and compliance inspections -
+ Ensure daily EPC workspace needs are met, temp workspace, keyboard, mouse, headphones
+ EPC Onboard training for new Entertainment Staff

Qualifications
+ Minimum 3 experience in Theme Park live Entertainment Production
+ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Warehouse or facility maintenance
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
+ Must be available to work on weekends, holidays, and nights as required
+ Excellent written and oral English communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization regarding the operation

+ Strong office etiquette
+ Effective communicator with the ability to liaise with vendors, employees, and management at all levels.
+ Demonstrated skills in organization, planning, delegation, mentoring, and coaching, with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.
Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
