    Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

    Role Summary

    As the Manager, Talent and OD Operations, you will be a key architect of our talent strategy—driving innovation in how we use data, analytics, and process excellence to shape an outstanding employee experience. Reporting to the Director of Org Development and Operations, you’ll collaborate across global teams to design, optimize, and deliver talent solutions that empower our people and accelerate business results. Your work will directly influence how we attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring our organization remains a great place to work.

    Responsibilities

    + Champion the use of data and analytics to uncover trends, drive decision-making, and deliver compelling talent intelligence.

    + Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategy and enhance the employee journey.

    + Lead the design and continuous improvement of talent management processes, leveraging tools and technologies—including third-party solutions—to meet evolving business needs.

    + Forge strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to drive alignment, share best practices, and foster innovation.

    + Manage projects end-to-end, including developing project plans, deliverables, activities, and timelines, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.

    + Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for process and reporting challenges, delivering solutions with empathy and expertise.

    + Provide leadership and support for talent development events and talent management processes, helping to shape a culture of growth, inclusion, and high performance.

    Basic Requirements:

    + 3+ years of experience in HR operations, talent analytics, or a related field.

    + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI) is a plus.

    + Proven ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations.

    Additional Requirements:

    Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

    Salary range: $85,000 - $110,000 (bonus eligible).
