+ Pitch, present, and clearly articulate concepts to clients with confidence and clarity.

+ Review and approve all creative deliverables prior to client submission.

+ Manage timelines, resources, and workflow across creative projects.

+ Guide and manage a team of creative talent, ensuring the development of work that is strategic, high-quality, and client-ready.

+ Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior creative staff.

+ Lead the execution of established creative direction into conceptual ideas that push the work forward.

+ Write conceptual copy for integrated campaigns, digital media, email, web, and content.

+ Serve as creative lead across a range of projects, including:

+ Digital, social, and owned content

+ Script writing for video or motion projects

    + Web experiences

    + Event and sponsorship support

    + Corporate reports and communications

    Qualifications

+ 7+ years of experience in copywriting.

+ Experience in an advertising, digital, or interactive agency environment is a strong plus.

+ A portfolio showcasing strong digital work (social, mobile, web) and integrated campaign thinking.

+ Highly conceptual “big idea” thinker with exceptional hands-on writing skills.

+ Experience in the energy industry preferred.

+ Ability to stay current with industry and cultural trends and inspire innovation within the team.

+ Solid understanding of the creative development process, with the ability to give guidance, effective feedback, and deliver work efficiently.
