Position Summary:

The Senior Director will serve as a key executive leader at Florida Health Care Plans (FHCP), responsible for driving integrated strategy and execution across multiple FHCP and corporate enterprise departments. This role will provide matrixed leadership in collaboration with the parent enterprise and cross-functional internal teams, aligning strategic initiatives to support organizational transformation and the Quintuple Aim: improving population health, enhancing member experience, reducing per capita cost of care, supporting employee and clinician well-being, and advancing health outcomes. This position is critical to shaping the company’s voice, presence, and value proposition in the market. The Senior Director will report directly to the CEO and serve as a member of the executive leadership team.

Qualifications: Education:

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.

+ Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred.

Experience:

+ 10+ years of progressively responsible leadership roles in health insurance, healthcare, or related industry.

+ Proven experience in matrixed leadership environments, collaborating across large enterprise structures.

+ Demonstrated success in marketing, communications, innovation, and/or community engagement in a healthcare setting.

Skills & Competencies:

+ Deep understanding of healthcare landscape, value-based care, and social determinants of health for GuideWell companies including FHCP and Florida Blue.

+ Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at the C-suite and board level.

+ Expertise in brand management, multichannel marketing, and stakeholder engagement.

+ Passion for health outcomes, transformation, and member-centered innovation.

+ Analytical mindset with ability to use data to inform and adapt strategies.
