Job Description:

+ Performs operational support for services on the Active Directory and Azure Cloud Entra ID infrastructure.

+ Configures and maintains the enterprise infrastructure to enable user access to IHC Health Services, Inc.’s data, network and cloud infrastructure including system availability, performance tuning, configuration and installation of solutions and improvements.

+ Maintains security, servers and systems and troubleshoots software and system technical issues for on premise and cloud systems.

+ Utilizes Java, SQL, PowerShell and Azure CLI scripting languages to create, delete and manage data objects in the Active Directory and Entra ID infrastructure including configuring user, group and service accounts.

+ Supports and assists in the management of internal Domain Name System (DNS).

+ Implements automation for provisioning, management and monitoring of Windows Domain Control and Active Directory Infrastructure.

+ Installs new software releases and schedules and performs system improvements and upgrades.

+ Configures users, groups, group policy objects, service accounts, application layer services and other objects in coordination with developer teams.

+ Configures users and groups with Azure roles in Entra ID.

+ Assigns and manages PIM roles and assignments for priviliged identities.

+ Manages Tier 0 / global admin access via users, groups, and PAW hardware devices.

+ Assists in Azure Policy definition and assignment in relation to user roles and access.

+ Consults with IT teams working on application and directory consolidation from M&A activity.

+ Manages Entra ID user access roles and cloud security functions for contracted partner organizations within the cloud environment

+ Performs application tests and communicates test progress, results and other relevant information to application managers.

+ Configures and monitors internal SSL Certificates.

+ Allocates Office 365 licenses and trouble shoots sync issues in Azure Active Directory.

+ Creates and maintains technical documentation on critical processes and standards.

This is hybrid position requiring in-person presence once per week. Position may telecommute from home within reasonable telecommuting distance of West Valley City, UT.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Domain Name System (DNS), and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP)

+ Knowledge of Windows Authentication, Windows Servers, System Center Configuration Manager, WMware, and Kerberos

+ Knowledge of Azure Cloud and Entra ID

+ Knowledge of PIM (Priviliged Identity Management)

+ Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)

+ Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Azure PIM, and Azure App Registration

+ Knowledge of PowerShell, SQL, Azure CLI

+ Knowledge of Service Now and Jira

+ Knowledge of System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) and xymon

+ Knowledge of Distributed File System

Salary (Annual): $84,500.00 – $94,500.00

Work Location: 4646 Lake Park Blvd., West Valley City, UT 84120. This is hybrid position requiring in-person presence once per week. Position may telecommute from home within reasonable telecommuting distance of West Valley City, UT.

Hours of work: Usually 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
