Hourly Rate: $21.25 an hour + $0.50 shift differential

Conagra Brands - Centralia, home of Duncan Hines, is looking to add to our Warehouse team to meet the demands of our customers across the country. You will work onsite at the Centralia, IL manufacturing plant and report to the warehouse supervisor. Warehouse technicians are responsible for multiple tasks including, equipment operation, receiving, loading, and inventory.

Compensation:

+ Starting pay $21.25 / hour plus shift differentials ($0.50 for 2nd shift and $1.00 for 3rd shift)

+ Vacation time available after 30 days of service / 80 hours total vacation time within first year.

You Will:

+ Safely operate a forklift, stand up lift, and other material handling equipment

+ Use warehouse operating system, computers, and handheld scanners.

+ Load outbound freight.

+ Receive raw materials.

+ Count and inventory finished goods.

+ Participate in all team meetings, pre-shift meetings and offer constructive feedback / solutions to issues as they arrive.

+ Support Sanitation / Quality Assurance

+ Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to improve operation capabilities.

You Have:

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift and overtime when needed.

+ Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb stairs, lift to 50 pounds.
