    NTT DATA Services currently seeks a REMOTE Collibra Specialist join our team for a 6+ month contract to hire opportunity. NOTE: This is a US based, W-2 project. All candidates will be paid through NTT DATA only.

    Position Summary

    The Collibra Specialist will act as the glue between the business, Data Governance, and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical requirements for Collibra. This role requires experience in complex data systems, workflow and process analysis, and project coordination. The Collibra Specialist will be one of our system administrators for the Data Governance platform, Collibra. This position would also be responsible for supporting the Intelligent Data Experience - Access and Security (IDEAS) program at Ascension. This role is for a technology professional responsible for setting, prioritizing, and evaluating the work generated by the IDEAS scrum team in order to ensure impeccable features and functionality of the products.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Requirements gathering, scoping, and discovery, followed by translating business requirements into technical requirements for workflows, integrations, and technical components for the data governance platform / metadata management tool Collibra

    • Identify business use cases and corresponding technical solutions

    • Plan and coordinate implementations of new features and bug fixes

    • Communicate new Collibra features and bug fixes to both business and technical teams

    • Be involved with business projects, goals, and needs

    • Be involved with technical development and implementations

    • Stay up to date on new Collibra features and products

    Analysis

    • Demonstrate analytical thinking and decisive judgment

    • Analyze issues and problems systematically, gathering broad and balanced input, and translating conclusions into actionable tasks

    Process Management

    • Define process and framework for developing, reviewing, and disseminating changes into data governance systems/tools (Collibra, Informatica Data Quality, etc.) to support business requirements

    • Collaborate with stakeholders for customization, development, implementation, management, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the data governance platform

    Agile Product Ownership

    • Provide vision and direction to the Agile team and stakeholders throughout the project

    • Ensure the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on

    • Plan and prioritize product backlog and development for the product

    • Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities

    • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories

    • Lead planning of product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities

    • Actively mitigate impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals

    • Communicate to and manage the product's various stakeholders

    • Ultimately responsible for successful delivery of products that meet requirements

    • Contribute to the creation of business-driven technology roadmaps

    Required Skills

    • 5+ years experience working as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst

    • 3+ years enterprise software application development or administration experience

    • 3+ years experience working with Collibra

    • 3+ years experience working in the Healthcare industry

    Preferred Skills

    • Business process automation / workflow development

    • Understand a business unit's desired end state business model including business strategy, offerings, operations, and structure

    • Identify core business capabilities and processes, the entities that interact with those capabilities, and the interactions between these core business capabilities

    • Ability to write clear epics and user stories to achieve business outcomes

    • Understanding of software development life cycle

    • Ability to derive business value from project requests

    • Interpersonal, negotiation, prioritization, and relationship management skills

    • Data governance experience

    • Knowledge of the business rules for their functional areas

    • Ability to analyze complex processes into sub-processes

    • Clear understanding of assigned functional area and the data being managed, and its implications downstream to other systems, processes, and applications

    • Experience with database technologies

    • Experience in design of process diagrams using LucidChart/Visio

    • Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills

    • Strong meeting facilitation and presentation skills

    • Communicate effectively with diverse people at various organization levels with the right level of detail and cultural sensitivity

    • Experience in project management / Agile methodologies

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or other related major, or equivalent work experience

    • General knowledge of hospital operations, patient management, the interrelationship of systems, and how technology enables business processes

    • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of backend database configuration and processes

    Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $70.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

     

    This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
