    Job Description

    Product Managers at U.S. Bank are customer obsessed in driving product visioning, planning and development to deliver on our product strategy and staying one step ahead of evolving economic, technological, and customer needs.

     

    We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Product Manager to help lead our B2B Digital Receivables initiatives. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the product vision for VantagePoint, driving innovation, and delivering measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate with sales, technology, operations, compliance and risk to modernize receivables capabilities and enhance client experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Product Strategy & Execution

    + Define and evolve the product roadmaps for VantagePoint, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.

    + Lead go-to-market (GTM) planning and commercialization for new features and enhancements including pricing, positioning, and launch strategies.

    + Partners with internal teams (Legal, Risk, Operations) to ensure all product activities meet regulatory and operational standards.

    Client-Centric Innovation

    + Identify and prioritize client pain points in receivables and reporting experiences.

    + Ensure VantagePoint remains competitive and compliant with evolving industry standards.

    + Design and deliver solutions that streamline payment processing and improve visibility across platforms like SinglePoint.

    Cross-Functional Leadership

    + Partner with Sales, Implementation, Customer Support, Merchant Payment Solutions, and development teams to ensure successful rollout and adoption.

    + Serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders driving alignment and accountability.

    Performance & Risk Management

    + Monitor product KPIs including revenue growth, client acquisition, and operational efficiency.

    + Proactively manage risk through PRISM, BCI, and TPRM processes.

    Qualifications

    + 8+ years of product management experience.

    + Proven success in leading initiatives and vendor integrations.

    + Strong understanding of treasury management, payment ecosystems, and client segmentation.

    + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Strong financial and competitive analysis and computer skills.

    + Demonstrated management, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

     

    _The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside of the location for the other days._

    The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $126,820.00 - $149,200.00
