    Description:

    Acts as leadership for hospital staff in collaboration with charge nurses, department coordinators and department managers. Responsible to provide direct clinical care as assigned and prioritized to meet organizational needs.

     

    **Status:** Casual, as needed

    What you will need:

    + Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan.

    + Five years recent, relevant clinical experience required, at least one year in critical care/ED preferred.

    + Current BLS and ACLS certification.

    + PALS certification encouraged.

    + Ability to manager and prioritize several job tasks simultaneously and be able to function under high stress situations.

    What you will do:

    + Provide clinical care support for routine and emergent needs of hospital departments.

    + Facilitates responsibilities for obtaining equipment, supplies, patient information etc. as needed for the ongoing provision of quality patient care.

    + Demonstrate adherence to infection control guidelines and ensures compliance for the protection of all staff, patients and visits.

    + Investigates all incidents, complaints, or risk management occurrences that occur or are reported during their shift and forward to Director/Manager of Departments.
