MercyOne is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our collaborative team of 12 anesthesiologists and 2 CRNAs. This position offers full autonomy in managing your own cases and provides anesthesia services at both Waterloo Medical Center and Cedar Falls Medical Center.

Compensation & Benefits

+ **Guaranteed salary: $600,000** _Earning potential up to $680,000_

+ **$150,000 in bonuses**

+ **9 weeks of vacation annually**

+ **$15,000 relocation allowance**

+ Employer-paid malpractice insurance including tail coverage

Qualifications

+ MD or DO degree

+ Board Certified or Board Eligible (must achieve BC within 3 years of eligibility)

+ Ability to obtain Iowa medical license
