    Drive the future of clean mobility with us! As our Electric Vehicle Program Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of growing and crafting our EV charging initiatives. This is your opportunity to lead a high‑impact program that directly advances our sustainability commitments while making EV charging effortless and accessible for communities across our diverse property portfolio.

     

    In this role, you’ll: own the full journey — from strategic vision to on‑the‑ground execution, champion innovation by introducing smart, scalable solutions that redefine the EV charging experience, collaborate across teams to ensure seamless delivery and measurable impact.

    What You’ll Do

    + Develop a process and details that include training and reference documents for colleagues and drivers.

    + Drive teamwork and deliver services with a “Customer Centric” and hospitality mentality.

    + Be the go-to authority for EV Service Equipment providers, ensuring smooth operations and building positive relationships that exceed service expectations. Perform Supplier and Partner Management to ensure service levels are met and exceeded.

    + Manage EV stations including access, corrective maintenance, and preventative maintenance as needed.

    + Engage with and educate EV drivers, delivering outstanding customer service.

    + Supervise and control suppliers' portals related to EV charging.

    + Prepare regular reports on the EV program’s performance and provide recommendations for future improvement.

    + Ensure clear and effective communication of any program changes to key partners and drivers.

    + Develop and run content for commute portals and other relevant websites.

    + Analyze data to provide trends to make recommendations, to improve program and sustainability related measurements.

    + Partner with Engineering, Construction and Real Estate teams to integrate EV strategy into every new project.

    + Ensure that industry standards are applied to drive successful implementation of the end-to-end EV charging program.

    + Be involved and support overall commute and transportation programs to offer comprehensive solutions.

     

    What You’ll Need

     

    Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. PgMP or PMP certifications preferred.

     

    Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

     

    Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.

     

    In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of G-Suite products strongly preferred.

     

    Organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.

     

    Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

    CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Electric Vehicle Services Manager position is $100,500 annually and the maximum salary for the Electric Vehicle Services Manager position is $135,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
