As the landscape of entertainment continues to evolve, branded content has emerged as one of the most dynamic and influential forms of storytelling. With brands increasingly acting as creative collaborators rather than advertisers, Sinclair is expanding its original digital programming slate to meet this moment.
We are looking for a **Supervising Producer, Sponsored Content** to lead the development and production of original digital series, short-form video, and cross-platform branded content. This role bridges the worlds of creative storytelling and strategic partnership — overseeing projects that align advertiser goals with our audience’s appetite for authentic, engaging entertainment.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Development
+ Work in collaboration with Sales on all RFP responses, identifying alignments with our editorial programming plans, and also ideating original creative executions in line with each editorial brand’s creative vision.
+ Provide clear and concise creative direction to the Branding & Design team on deck creation to ensure all client presentation reflect the tone and aesthetic of the editorial brand.
+ Attend client meetings as a representative of the brand and persuasively pitch creative concepts.
Production
+ Create production budgets and shoot schedules for all approved campaigns
+ Identify and secure outside production resources, freelancers, and vendors if needed for the shoot
+ Attend all sponsored shoots, serving as both producer and director when necessary.
+ Act as on-set liaison during brand sponsored shoots to ensure all necessary elements of each campaign are captured without infringing upon our brand’s editorial voice.
Post Production & Distribution
+ Work with assigned editors through post production to ensure all deadlines are met and creative expectations are exceeded.
+ Liaise with clients to secure feedback and approvals on all content
+ Communicate publishing obligations to internal partners and ensure all platform best practices are followed when content is released.
Insights & Analytics
+ Stay current on emerging trends in digital media, branded entertainment, and audience engagement strategies.
+ Create and distribute campaign performance reports which include detailed analysis for successes and opportunites for improvement in future campaigns.
Qualifications
+ 10+ years of experience in video production, branded content, or digital media.
+ Proven track record in producing sponsored or partnership-driven entertainment content.
+ Strong understanding of digital platforms (YouTube, social media, streaming) and audience behavior.
+ Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively across departments.
+ Experience working with advertising clients or agencies.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $101,250 to $135,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which would be awarded based on individual and company performance. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full-time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
