Our client is seeking a Level 2 Temporary Associate to join their team. As a Level 2 Temporary Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Export Shipments team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a sense of urgency which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Level 2 Temporary Associate – Export Operations
**Location:** CA, Hawthorne
**Pay Range:** $21.00 per hour
What’s the Job?
+ Prepare and verify export shipments, including Master Air Way Bills and SED filings.
+ Monitor shipment notes, flight manifests, and dispatch boards to ensure timely deliveries.
+ Maintain cold chain integrity for all temperature-sensitive shipments, including FDA hold items.
+ Coordinate with drivers and other operations staff to create efficient pickup/delivery schedules.
+ Manage inventory of packaging materials and gel packs, ensuring proper storage and pre-conditioning.
What’s Needed?
+ Airline experience preferred; cold chain logistics experience ideal.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and WorldSTAR/World Courier systems.
+ Background in import/export operations.
+ Availability for morning shifts (6:00 AM – 10:00 AM) and weekends.
+ Strong multi-tasking ability, professional demeanor, and sense of urgency.
