    Our client is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Production Supervisor

    **Location:** Cookeville, TN

    Pay Range: DOE

    **Shift:** Night Shift

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Supervise and lead a team of production employees to meet daily goals.

    + Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and manufacturing standards.

    + Monitor production schedules, adjust staffing as needed, and coordinate workflow to avoid downtime.

    + Train, coach, and evaluate team members; provide feedback and corrective action when necessary.

    + Maintain product quality by monitoring processes, conducting inspections, and addressing defects quickly.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.

    + 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production; supervisory experience strongly preferred.

    + Strong communication and leadership skills.

    + Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and prioritize tasks.
