    Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    All candidates must be able to be assigned to work any shift and work 19 days straight.

     

    **Job Title:** Production Associate

    **Location:** Cookeville, TN

     

    Pay Range: $16p/h

     

    Shift: 1st 7am - 3pm, 2nd 3pm - 11pm, 3rd 11pm - 7am

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Position parts, materials, and sub-assemblies for assembly.

    + Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts.

    + Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

    + Set up, operate, or tend more than one type of cutting or forming machine tool or robot.

    + Inspect workpieces for defects and measure them to determine accuracy of machine operation.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

    + Basic ability to read blueprints.

    + Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to observe machine operation to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunctions.

    + Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 25lbs

    + Willingness to work up to 19 days straight.
