CNC Machine Operator – Weekend Shift

About the Role

We’re looking for a CNC Machine Operator to support weekend production by running CNC equipment, checking quality, and helping keep operations running smoothly. This position is a great fit for someone who’s comfortable with hands-on work, reliable on long shifts, and committed to accuracy.

What You’ll Do

+ Operate CNC machines according to production and quality standards

+ Carry out secondary processing tasks following work instructions

+ Read and interpret blueprints; use precision measuring tools

+ Maintain consistent product quality and follow department specifications

+ Participate in team discussions to plan work and use resources effectively

What You Bring

+ Previous CNC machining experience

+ Able to take accurate measurements

+ Strong focus on detail and quality

+ Follows safety practices and keeps a clean work area

+ Open to contributing ideas and supporting process improvements

What You Can Expect
