    Our client, a leading organization in the technology and social impact sector, is seeking a Sales Productivity Specialist 5 to join their team. As a Sales Productivity Specialist 5, you will be part of the Digital Natives team supporting sales initiatives focused on Azure solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving cloud adoption, which will align successfully in the organization.

    What's the Job?

     

    + Serve as the technical lead in customer engagements, shaping solution architecture and consumption plans for opportunities identified by sales teams.

    + Engage with executive decision-makers such as CTOs, CIOs, and other senior leaders to align business models with Azure cloud services.

    + Lead workshops, demos, and technical discussions to showcase Azure capabilities and drive adoption for mission-driven organizations.

    + Collaborate with internal teams and Azure partners to develop joint proposals and accelerate cloud solution deployment.

    + Develop account plans, forecasts, and opportunity strategies to maximize Azure growth and ensure accurate CRM pipeline management.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 8 years experience with technical expertise in Azure data, AI workloads, and cloud solutions.

    + Proven experience leading conversations with senior IT executives to drive cloud opportunities and proofs of concept.

    + Strong background in selling cloud solutions, particularly Azure, with familiarity of competitors like AWS and GCP.

    + Azure certifications such as AZ-900 or higher are highly desirable.

    + Excellent consultative sales skills, technical storytelling, and ability to translate complex solutions into business outcomes.
