    Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organization, is seeking a

     

    Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing department supporting aseptic filling operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Production Technician

    **Location:** Indianapolis, IN

    **Pay Range:** $27/h-$30/h

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Become certified for entry into the GMP cleanroom space to perform sanitization, supply management, and aseptic filling operations.

    + Execute aseptic fill processes following batch records and SOPs to ensure quality and compliance.

    + Verify calibration of equipment and sanitize supplies to support manufacturing activities.

    + Progressively develop skills in aseptic and cleanroom procedures, including component preparation, filling, and capping.

    + Assist in training new team members and provide floor leadership in the absence of supervisors or technicians.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is preferred.

    + Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant aseptic filling experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

    + Strong understanding of GMP compliance regulations and aseptic manufacturing processes.

    + Experience with equipment cleaning, preparation, and assembly, including stopper prep, capping, and packaging.

    + Ability to follow detailed procedural instructions and perform calculations accurately.
