Our client, an industry leader in construction and safety management, is seeking a Construction Safety Manager 5 to join their dedicated team. As a Construction Safety Manager 5, you will be an integral part of the safety and compliance department supporting project operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Location:** Sturtevant, WI
Pay Range: $76.10-$83.70 Hourly
What's the Job?
+ Supervise and coordinate safety protocols across construction sites to ensure compliance with safety standards.
+ Implement measures to motivate employees and improve safety practices and procedures.
+ Review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve safety-related issues.
+ Develop and enforce safety training programs and safety tracking systems.
+ Maintain safety records, prepare reports, and monitor safety performance metrics.
What's Needed?
+ High school diploma or GED required; an associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
+ 10+ years of experience in construction safety management or related roles.
+ Strong knowledge of safety regulations, equipment, and safety management systems.
+ Excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
