Title: Business Intelligence Analyst 3
Location Requirements: Fully Remote (must work standard PST business hours)
Duration: 7 months (It could extend after the budget approval)
Schedule: 40 hours/week, Mon–Fri, approximately 8 AM–5 PM PST; No overtime
Pay Rate Range: $40 to $45/hr
Role Summary
The Business Systems Analyst function includes performing analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily operational support of business applications.
Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business strategies
+ Gather and translate requirements for development teams
+ Prepare cost-benefit and ROI analyses
+ Apply business function knowledge to solve problems and leverage improvement opportunities
+ Support highly complex business processes
+ Contribute as a team member across multiple projects
+ Serve as a liaison between business units and IT to deliver appropriate technical solutions
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field (preferred but not required)
+ 5–7 years related experience
+ Basic knowledge of programming (reading code)
+ Strong ability to create business solutions that enhance competitive advantage
+ Strong judgment in selecting methods/techniques for solutions
+ Project management capability with multi-project workload
+ Ability to solve technical problems and understand complex systems
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Top 3 Hard Skills (Required)
1. 5+ years supply chain planning experience (especially order fulfillment)
2. 5+ years Excel experience (data analysis & reporting)
3. 5+ years project management experience
