Our client, _a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry_ , is seeking a **Part-Time Admin Asst** to join their team, onsite in **Maple Grove, MN** . As an Administrative Assistant II, you will be part of the administrative support team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Part Time Admin Assistant
**Location:** Maple Grove, MN (onsite 2 days a week, 16-HR per week)
**Pay Range:** $23.50/HR + Benefits
**Contract Duration:** 6-Months W2 Contract (NO C2C)
Job Function:
+ Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, scheduling meetings, typing, faxing, and maintaining supplies.
+ Serve as a point of contact for internal and external customers, providing information and assistance as needed.
+ Coordinate projects and assignments independently, including assembling materials and tracking data.
+ Create and revise routine documents like letters, memos, emails, and presentations, ensuring accuracy in grammar and spelling.
+ Manage confidential information appropriately, sharing sensitive data with authorized individuals.
Required Qualifications:
+ High School diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of related experience.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
+ Experience in shipping and logistics is a plus.
+ Ability to work under general supervision and follow detailed instructions for new assignments.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
