What You’ll Do
+ Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
+ Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
+ Support inventory and cost accounting processes.
+ Collaborate with senior leadership on financial reporting and process improvement initiatives.
+ Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
+ Work extensively in Excel and small ERP systems.
+ Participate in special projects and efficiency improvements.
What We’re Looking For
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification.
+ 3+ years in public accounting (Big 4 or large regional firm) OR 5+ years in corporate accounting with strong GAAP knowledge.
+ Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience a plus.
+ Strong analytical and communication skills.
+ Proactive, improvement-focused mindset.
