    Position Details:

    + Work Schedule: 5 days per week (Can vary Monday through Saturday) Sundays Off

    + Time: 6pm to 3am (Night Shift)

    + Salary Range: From $18 to $30 per hour based on experience

    The Fish Cutter position will perform the following duties:

    + Utilizes hand tools to cut fish portion control cuts to specifications.

    + Monitors quality control and sanitation.

    + Other duties as assigned.
