The Team
We are seeking an Account Marketing Manager to join American Tower’s Marketing organization. This Manager develops and executes marketing strategies that position the Company within a specified market segment and enables sales pipeline growth. Day to day you will drive customer experience programs and develop highly differentiated value propositions and customer-content targeted to your assigned market segment, which may include mobile network operators, etc.
What You Need to Succeed
+ Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree within Marketing or related field preferred.
+ 8+ years of business-to-business marketing and/or wireless/telecommunications industry experience required.
+ Aptitude for leveraging digital marketing, digital advertising, and sales acceleration tools and technologies.
+ Experience with customer relationship management tools.
+ Approximately 15% travel may be required to support the position’s responsibilities.
+ Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
+ Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
+ Strong ability to take and transform technical and solutions information into compelling value propositions to address customer needs.

Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skills, certifications, job level, and location. For U.S.-based candidates only, the base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 annually, with eligibility for annual bonus, and annual equity award and participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). For candidates outside of the U.S., salary and benefits are based upon local market practice.

What You Can Offer Us
+ Oversee, execute, monitor, and report on customer feedback programs, including a biennial customer survey, customer satisfaction scores, employee signature link, and website feedback.
+ Drive the importance of customer experience in internal and external communications and programs.
+ Act as the subject matter expert within the Marketing organization for an assigned industry and customer segment.
+ Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute for named accounts best-in-class sales enablement programs to increase awareness and drive pipeline growth.
+ Create marketing strategies based on buyers’ personas, competitive positioning, commercial insight, and Company goals.
+ Create thought leadership content, including feature stories, blog and webpage content, presentations, infographics, case studies, and sales enablement.
+ Partner with the Senior Manager and Digital Marketing team on the use of effective channel tactics, including industry events, seminars and webinars, digital marketing activities, and web and print advertising programs.
+ Gather market intelligence and ongoing customer feedback to ensure materials are compelling and differentiated in the market.
+ Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to measure and report on the success of campaigns and optimize approaches based on analytics and data.
+ Lead event strategies and executions for industry shows and events, including coordinating with speakers for participation on panels and at industry forums.
+ Other duties as assigned.
