The re:Cycle Reverse Logistics team is looking for a detail-oriented, experienced and professional Tech Ops Engineer. This role is an individual contributor role at the intersection of tech, ops and business of leveraging operational data to effectively scale our Technician workforce through standard work, best practice sharing and continuous improvement across our specialized global reverse logistics hubs.
If you enjoy solving problems, leveraging data, and providing thought leadership in an ambiguous environment where you get to help write the playbook, then this may be for you. This role requires extensive cross-functional partnership with various operations, finance, and other support teams to identify and address cost opportunities across our network.
You will routinely collaborate with Site Leaders and operations teams to ensure our operations are meeting expected throughput KPI's and solving/understanding operational pain points that may be driving deviations.
The ideal candidate will be a confident, decisive, influential and innovative leader who can communicate a compelling and comprehensive set of outcomes to be achieved. You must have the presence and influence to define and enforce high standards for programs you implement and monitor at all levels. You must be comfortable with ambiguity, and can define structure, processes and standards where none yet exist.
The successful candidate will have a high attention to detail, unlimited curiosity, and a strong passion for continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
