The role of Sr. Product Manager for Amazon Key is of paramount importance in shaping and steering the product strategy and roadmap towards sustained success and accelerated growth. We are seeking a dynamic and highly accomplished professional with a proven track record in product development, customer-centric innovation, and driving cross-functional initiatives to advance our smart, app-based access control solution.
Key job responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision:
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns seamlessly with the overarching growth objectives of Amazon Key for Business
Identify new market opportunities, analyze customer needs, and craft innovative product solutions to broaden Amazon Key's market presence
Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility
Customer-Centric Product Development:
Conduct deep customer research and analysis to understand pain points, use cases, and requirements for access control solutions
Drive product innovation through the identification of customer needs, designing user-centric solutions, and defining product requirements
Maintain commitment to customer satisfaction through continuous product improvement, user experience optimization, and proactive feature development
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and operations teams to deliver high-quality product experiences
Lead product launches, go-to-market strategies, and feature rollouts across multiple customer segments
Work closely with sales operations teams to ensure product-market fit and support revenue growth initiatives
Data-Driven Product Decisions:
Establish robust metrics and KPIs to monitor product performance, user engagement, and business impact
Continuously evaluate product effectiveness and market response, making data-informed decisions to optimize outcomes
Basic Qualifications
- 12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- 6+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $160,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $265,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
