This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license in the job state is required. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail and mall areas, as well as the surrounding perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment.

+ Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues within the location to the appropriate personnel.

+ Interact with the public in a courteous and professional manner while providing assistance as needed.

+ Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site management to address concerns and support security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.

+ At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
