As a **Security Officer - Unarmed Healthcare Patrols** in **San Juan Capistrano, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed within a healthcare environment.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting staff, visitors, and patients as appropriate.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and security-related observations.

+ Collaborate with healthcare staff and visitors to support a welcoming and orderly atmosphere.

+ Assist with access control procedures, monitoring entrances and exits as required by site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

+ At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
