Manufacturing Project Engineer

Adecco's Permanent Recruitment team has partnered with a new manufacturing client in Greater Chattanooga to recruit and hire a full-time Manufacturing Project Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead manufacturing projects from concept through implementation
+ Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
+ Create and update technical drawings, specifications, and documentation
+ Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, vendors, and contractors
+ Support equipment installation, testing, validation, and commissioning
+ Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
+ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
+ Prepare reports, track KPIs, and communicate project status to stakeholders
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
+ 2+ years of experience leading/supporting manufacturing and industrial projects
+ Experience in monitoring budgets, timelines, and leading cross-functional teams
+ Proficiency with CAD software and project management tools
+ Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. Client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
This Position Offers:
+ Annual base salary in the 60k-80k range

**Pay Details:** $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
