Clinical Therapist (Licensed) – Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM
We are hiring a **full-time Clinical Therapist** to join our multi-disciplinary behavioral health team. This role is ideal for a compassionate clinician who values patient-centered care, teamwork, and a stable weekday schedule.
Responsibilities
+ Provide individual and group therapy to adults, adolescents, and/or children
+ Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and maintain timely documentation
+ Deliver crisis intervention and crisis management when needed
+ Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team
+ Utilize the EMR for notes, treatment planning, and coordination of care
+ Support diverse and underserved populations with empathy, compassion, and active listening
Requirements
Licensure (one required): LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCAS, LCASA, LMFT, or LMFTA
Experience:
+ 2 years mental health counseling (preferred)
+ 1 year substance use disorder treatment (preferred)
+ 1 year individual/group therapy (preferred)
Skills:
+ Crisis management and ability to remain calm under pressure
+ Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
+ EMR proficiency
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
_No evenings, weekends, or rotating shifts._

**Pay Details:** $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
